Agency OwnerCesar has lived in the Providence area since 2013 and opened his agency that same year. He loves helping customers learn about their coverage options, so they can protect what matters most from the unexpected. When he's not in the office, you'll find him golfing, exercising or spending time with his aunt, uncle and cousins in the area. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, traveling and reading. Cesar is bilingual in English and Spanish.
